The Telugu film “Ramabanam,” starring Gopichand and Jagapathi Babu as on-screen siblings, was initially released in theaters in May but failed to connect with the audience. Directed by Sriwass, the movie has now confirmed its debut on an OTT platform.
Netflix has announced that the film is set to premiere on its platform on September 14, 2023. While the reasons behind this transition remain unclear, what’s certain is that the movie is finally making its way to the world of online streaming. Adding to the intrigue, “Ramabanam” will also be available in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages, exclusively on Netflix.
In this family drama, Dimple Hayathi takes on the leading role, supported by notable appearances from Kushboo Sundar, Tarun Raj Arora, Nasser, Shubalekha Sudhakar, Sachin Khedekar, Kasi Vishwanath, Ali, Vennela Kishore, Sapthagiri, Satya, and Get-up Srinu. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory, the film features music composed by Mickey J Meyer.
